Via Vision Entertainment Announces Launch of Imprint Asia

Via Vision Entertainment is thrilled to declare the expansion of its media distribution through the introduction of Imprint Asia.

“Impressions Asia” aims to continuously provide the latest and timeless Asian films through film festivals, various digital platforms, and physical media such as 4K and Blu-ray in Australia and New Zealand.

The new brand is set to launch with several major properties, including Rui Cui’s blockbuster film ‘Lost In The Stars’ from 2023, Larry Yang’s action comedy ‘Ride On’ starring Jackie Chan from 2023, and Andy Lau’s Sci-Fi sequel ‘The Wandering Earth II’ also from 2023. They have already established partnerships with top Asian licensors in the market.

Along with the latest new releases, there will also be continued re-releases of classic films that have been restored and include additional content for those who collect physical media. This includes Chen Kaige’s “The Emperor and The Assassin” (1998) and “Farewell My Concubine” (1992), Tsui Hark’s “The Legend of Zu” (2001), Kei Kumai’s “The Sea is Watching” (2002) (which was co-written by Akira Kurosawa), and many others.

The newest division of Via Vision, with a specific brand, is certain to attract the attention and admiration of fans of Asian films in every category.

For more than 15 years, Via Vision Entertainment has been a prominent provider of film and TV material in Australia and New Zealand, operating independently as a distributor.
