The Blu-ray version of “The Blue Jean Monster” released by 88 Films.

On December 4, 2023, 88 Films will be releasing a Blu-ray (Region A/B) for The Blue Jean Monster, a 1991 Hong Kong film directed by Ivan Lai Gai Ming (Erotic Ghost Story 3, The Imp) that stars Shing Fui-On (Horrible High Heels), Pauline Wong (Mr. Vampire 2), Tse Wai-Kit (Fight Back to School), Kunimua Jun (The Wailing) and Amy Yip (To Be Number One).

The story of The Blue Jean Monster follows a police officer who transforms into a monster following a shooting and electrocution during a Triad conflict.

Soon, this title will be up for purchase at The Goodie Emporium, an e-commerce site in the U.S. that currently offers a wide selection of Shaw Brothers, Golden Harvest, and martial arts movies on DVD and Blu-ray. They constantly update their inventory with new titles.
