How to make Peri Peri Masala
Add all the ingredients listed under “to crush” to a mortar and pestle.
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parseley
- 1 teaspoon sugar

2.Crush it well.

The blend will have a slightly rough texture, then set it aside.

Add the remaining ingredients listed in the recipe to a small mixing bowl.
